# Exam Results

### **Score Reporting**

Once your exam score has been posted, you will receive a notification email from the **Credentia Platform**. To view your score report, simply log into your **Credentia Platform account** by clicking the **“Login”** button on the top of the Washington Nurse Aide webpage at www.credentia.com/test-takers/wa.

Score reports are generally available within **a few hours** after the exam is completed for the day. If more than **24 hours** have passed and you still cannot view your score, please check again or contact support.

### **Official Results**

Your official **examination results** will be available online shortly after the testing event. You can **print or download** your score report from the Credentia Platform.

Please note that:

-   **Results will not be given over the phone.**
-   **Credentia will not send your results to your employer.**

### **If You Fail the Exam**

If you do not pass the Written (or Oral) Examination, your **Score Report** will provide instructions on how to re-take either or both parts. Each re-take will require a new exam fee. To re-register for the exam, you must do so **online**.

According to state and federal regulations, you are allowed **three (3) attempts** to pass the Written (or Oral) Examination. If you fail the exam **three times**, you will need to successfully complete a **state-approved training program** before re-taking the exam.

### **If You Pass the Exam**

Once you pass the Written (or Oral) Examination, your name will be submitted to the **Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals & Licensing (DIAL.)** The contact information will be listed on your **official passing Score Report**.
