# Testing Policies

###   
**Lateness**

-   **Arrive early**: Plan to arrive **at least 30 minutes** before your exam starts.
-   **Late arrivals**: If you are late or do not have all the required materials, you **will not be allowed to test**, and **your exam fee will not be refunded**.

### **Electronic Devices**

-   **No electronic devices**: Cell phones, beepers, or any other electronic devices are not allowed during testing.

### **Study Aids**

-   **No personal belongings**: You cannot bring briefcases, large bags, study materials, books, or papers into the exam room.

### **Eating, Drinking, and Smoking**

-   **No eating or drinking**: You are not permitted to eat or drink during the exam.
-   **No smoking**: Smoking is not allowed during the exam.

### **Misconduct**

-   **Disruptive behavior**: If you cause any disturbance or engage in misconduct, you will be dismissed from the exam. Disruptive behavior will be reported to the **Departments of Inspections, Appeals & Licensing (DIAL)** which will determine any disciplinary actions.

### **Guests/Visitors**

-   **No guests or visitors**: Guests, visitors, pets, or children are not allowed in your testing room during the examination.
