Cancelling or Rescheduling Your Examination
You can easily cancel or reschedule your exam through your Credentia Platform account. For step-by-step instructions, visit www.credentia.com/test-takers/ia and click on “How to Cancel or Reschedule an Exam” in the Resources section.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Deadlines:
- Online Written (or Oral) Exams: You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled exam time.
Important Notes:
- If you fail to cancel or reschedule within the required time frame or if you do not show up for your exam, you will still be responsible for the exam fee. The fee will not be refunded, nor can it be transferred to a different date or exam.
- You cannot give your scheduled exam date to someone else.
- If you do not report to your exam at the scheduled time, you will be marked as a “no-show”, and the fees you paid will be forfeited.
Refund Policy
Once payment is received for the exam, no refunds will be issued.
