Exam Results

Score Reporting

Once your exam score has been posted, you will receive a notification email from the Credentia Platform. To view your score report, simply log into your Credentia Platform account by clicking the “Login” button on the top of the Washington Nurse Aide webpage at www.credentia.com/test-takers/wa.

Score reports are generally available within a few hours after the exam is completed for the day. If more than 24 hours have passed and you still cannot view your score, please check again or contact support.

Official Results

Your official examination results will be available online shortly after the testing event. You can print or download your score report from the Credentia Platform.

Please note that:

• Results will not be given over the phone.
• Credentia will not send your results to your employer.

If You Fail the Exam

If you do not pass the Written (or Oral) Examination, your Score Report will provide instructions on how to re-take either or both parts. Each re-take will require a new exam fee. To re-register for the exam, you must do so online.

According to state and federal regulations, you are allowed three (3) attempts to pass the Written (or Oral) Examination. If you fail the exam three times, you will need to successfully complete a state-approved training program before re-taking the exam.

If You Pass the Exam

Once you pass the Written (or Oral) Examination, your name will be submitted to the Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals & Licensing (DIAL.) The contact information will be listed on your official passing Score Report.
