Test Accommodations

Credentia follows the rules of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you have a disability and need extra support to take the test, accommodations may be available to help you access the exam fairly.

Please note: Credentia only gives the Written Exam, so any accommodations you request will apply to that exam only.

Some examples of possible accommodations are:

  • Extra time to take the test
  • A separate, quiet room

All accommodations are decided based on each person’s needs. If you want to request one, you’ll need to provide:

A letter or report from a professional who diagnosed your disability. This should include their qualifications.

A description of any past accommodations you’ve received for similar tests.
